The season’s first white truffles have arrived!
To celebrate the arrival of this season’s first truffles, our Michelin-starred restaurant Il Carpaccio will offer a new menu entirely devoted to this white gem. Realized from the best certified white truffles from Alba, this Italian tasting is made up of the traditionnal antipasti, primi piatti and secondi piatti but with a truffle twist.
You’ll start this unique journey lightly with a delicate seabass Tartufo carpaccio followed by a risotto or tagliolini in a parmesan and truffle cream. Your Italian getaway will continue with the Chef’s exclusive tender Black Angus steak with truffle. Last but not least, a soft chocolate and hazelnut dessert by Pierre Hermé will end this Italian getaway.
