The Afternoon Tea is back in style at Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris with the launch of the Royal Afternoon Tea by Pierre Hermé, from November 7th, 2017.
Available every afternoon at the emblematic Bar Long of the Parisian Palace this new afternoon break reinvents with delicacy and creativity the timeless Afternoon Tea.
On an elegant display stand, the guests will be able to try a selection of gastronomic finger sandwiches with sun-ripened vegetables, anchovy-enhanced tuna fillets and charcuterie wrapped in vetch leaf. A perfect appetizer before tasting the most iconic creations of Maison Pierre Hermé Paris proposed in miniature format. A true plunge in the heart of the French chef pastry know-how!
To close this moment of sweetness and sharing, our guests will then be invited to discover a generous buffet, plenty of surprises. Modern madeleines with a tasty heart, gourmet cakes featuring the house’s fetish flavors, fleshy fruit pies, crunchy shortbread biscuits, the Afternoon Tea essentials imagined by Pierre Hermé. The most difficult will be to choose !
